Membership application form
 This form is used for Individual, Household (Couple/Family), Race or Corporate, and Life memberships.

Race calendar and sanction form

 This form is to be completed for all races to be listed on the UPRRC race calendar in the newsletter, Running Amuck, and on the club website, www.uprrc.org. Sanctioned races will be so designated on the calendar. See Race Sanctioning Guidelines (below).
Race sanctioning guidelines
 These guidelines were developed by the UPRRC to help directors organize a quality and safe event.
Equipment reservation request form
 This form is to be completed to reserve UPRRC equipment. The digital clock requires a rental fee and damage deposit when the reservation is made.
Newsletter insert form
 This form is to be completed for a race to have its race application inserted in the newsletter, Running Amuck. Deadlines for receipt of each mailing will be listed in the previous issue of the newsletter and posted on the club website. In order to conform with the regulations for the bulk mailing permit and newsletter format, all pieces must be identical and measure 8 1/2 by 11 inches (or folded to those dimensions). The number of pieces required is 400 unless otherwise listed in the previous issue of the newsletter and on the website.

Online race entry forms

Your electronic race entry forms can be placed on the club website. A user would be able to download the form, print it out, fill it in, and either send it to you or bring it to your race. There is no fee for this service. There is no deadline but you should allow time for the webmaster to format and install the entry form, which can normally be accomplished in about a week..
Instructions follow:

  • The entry will be converted to PDF so that it can be read by all users regardless of what kind of computer they have. You can submit the form in any of the following electronic formats:
    • Portable Document Format (PDF)
    • Flat Text (e.g. .txt file on Microsoft operating system-based computers)
    • any Microsoft Office product file (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.)
  • Attach file to email and send to the club webmaster grbarrett@lighthouse.net
Report race results by email

Have your race results posted on the club website calendar and in the newsletter, Running Amuck.

  • Format should be: name, age, hometown, time.
  • Preference (in decreasing order) is for
    • flat text file (.txt)
    • Word file (.doc)
    • Any Mircosoft Office file (.exl, .mdb, .pub)
    • Portable Document Format (.pdf)
  • A short description of race highlights and photos are optional but encouraged.
  • Email the newsletter editor fixfamily@charter.net and the webmaster grbarrett@lighthouse.net and attach your results.
